Hi, I’m Andi!

I’m an Executive Producer, showrunner, creative leader and unapologetic production workaholic who loves turning a great idea into something people actually want to watch.

I built my career in unscripted television, where I learned how to take the spark of an idea all the way through development, sale, production and delivery. Along the way, I’ve showrun series, led teams of 100+, partnered with networks, streamers, brands and celebrity talent, navigated more than a few creative curveballs and gotten very good at figuring out how to make the ambitious idea actually happen.

These days, my work lives at the intersection of entertainment, brands and culture. I develop and showrun traditional unscripted series alongside brand-funded entertainment, from competition and lifestyle formats to short-form content and everything in between. Sometimes there’s a network or streamer at the table. Sometimes there’s a brand. Usually there are a lot of stakeholders. My job is to make sure the end result still feels like something an audience would choose to watch.

Over the years, I’ve produced hundreds of hours of content for networks, streamers and platforms including Warner Bros. Discovery, NBCUniversal, VIZIO, A&E and iHeart. I executive produced Zillow Gone Wild, which became HBO Max’s highest-rated lifestyle series at the time, and most recently showran Making the Lane, an original branded competition series created with Mobil, VIZIO and Walmart.

I’m equally happy in the big-picture creative conversation and in the weeds figuring out how we’re actually going to pull it off. I love developing formats, shaping stories, building teams, solving impossible problems and finding the version of an idea that works creatively, strategically and logistically. Preferably with a very organized Google Drive.

Whether I’m working with a network, streamer, studio, agency or brand, the goal is pretty simple: make great entertainment, work with great people and have a little fun while we’re doing it.
